Structural adhesive series

    ----- High-strength, Resist peeling, impact resistance, and construction process is simple. Used for metal, ceramics, plastics, rubber, wood equate material or different kind of materials between the adhesive. The Structural adhesive can part instead of welding, riveting, bolt connection, etc. traditional connection form. Joint surface stress distribution is uniform, the parts no heat affected and deformation.
    Products introduce list:
    8907 - Low odor grade developed to bond metals like aluminum, steel, brass and its alloys as well as glass, ceramic, ferrite and wide range of plastics
               and combinations of those materials. It is a two-component system and cures after mixing into a dry, high-strength and impact resisting 
               polymer film. The best mixture-ratio is 1:1 (volume) and is obtainable without problems by using the common double-cartridges. 
               The cured product resist against humid conditions and thermal/climatic cyles.
    8915 - Can be used to bond parts of notebook, such as cover, keyboard etc.
               Shows excellent adhesion to wide range of thermoplastics and bonds even difficult Materials. Best strength will be obtained with 1 up to 1,5mm 
               gap. When to bond alloy of aluminum and magnesium with mixture of PC and ABS, heating temperature should be around 60 to 70 degree, 
               heat-pressing time should be around 65 seconds.
    8920 - Low odor grade developed to bond metals like aluminum, steel, brass and its alloys as well as ferrite, a wide range of plastics and 
               combinations of those materials.It is a two-component system and cures after mixing into a dry, high-strength and impact resisting polymer film. 
               The best mixture-ratio of 1:1 (volume or weight) is obtainable by using the common double-cartridges with static mixer tube. Due to its 
               insensitiveness to changing mixture ratios, it may be applied also as rope beside rope and mixed by hand.
